links not connecting on Iphone Safari after 9.3 update

Help.. Yesterday my Safari stopped working. It will open and connect but when you click on links it wont redirect to links and will just sit frozen. I went to settings and the only way I can get Safari to work is if I turn off JavaScript. Anyone know if its a glitch or some setting Im missing?

This may well be the last straw that gets me to unplug the back of my neck from the Apple Matrix and take the massive transitional pain to move to Android. when i found this problemn, I tried to revert to iOS 9.2.1 for my iPhone 6 but as I hadn't a recent 9.2.1 backup it simply screwed my phone and I had to go back to iOS 9.3 but then had to rebuild my phone app by app,

Now I still have a device where links in Mail freeze the app, links don't work in ANY browser (not just Safari) which renders the internet experience worse than pre millennium IE.

All apps where links are shared (Twitter, Whatsapp, LinkedIn and on and on and on) are crippled by this monumental screwup by Apple.

When their QA process allows iOS 9.3 to "effectively infect" iPhones so no links in Apps, especially Mail and Safari work and the phone freezes when links are selected. If I were a hacker bent on destroying Apple's reputation I cannot think how much worse they could be than the iOS 9.3 release.

I'm giving them 7 days to produce a fix before I jump ship forever.

I doubt they will; their support portals are indifferent to this problem, their Twitter account is full of propaganda and no help. Its as though they will only communicate with those full of their own KoolAid or unquestioningly plugged into the Matrix. So all you Neos out there ... pull the plug, see how royally screwed this update has been and make Apple react, or leave them forever!

I wonder if anyone in Apple with any clout ever reads these forums.... I sincerely doubt it

It's March 31 and I continue to have the same problem with links in Mail and Safari hanging, not redirecting. I keep seeing there is a patch coming out for iOS 9.3 but haven't seen anything yet. When is this problem going to be solved? Needless to say, my iPhone 6 is not functioning well due to these problems and I don't know what to do next! Any news?
