How would I go about installing the Apple mobile device USB driver that is missing after upgrading to the latest version of iTunes? I am using Windows 10. Thanks.

Couple of days ago I installed the latest version of iTunes. I also updated my iPad2 and iPhone 4s to iOs 9.3. Now I cannot activate the iPad, and iTunes on my PC does not show neither the iPad nor the iPhone. I gathered that the Apple mobile device driver is missing but don't know how to install it. Any help?
