ipad 2 wont activate after installing 9.3

My ipad2 wont activate after installing the latest update, ios 9.3. The only option is to go back a page to select wifi. it will let me try again but the result is always Your ipad could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable. Try connecting your ipad to itunes to activate it or try again in a couple of minutes...over and over and over again.

My iphone6 had no trouble activating after update.

I connected to itunes but it only says Your ipad is not recognizable. Doesn't apple know i have crops to harvest, coins to collect and angry birds to launch?

Hi Kathleen294,

Unfortunately, it looks like iOS 9.3 wasn't quite ready for prime time:

Don't – don't – install iOS 9.3 on your iPad 2: Upgrade bricks slabs

From what I've learned, it looks like Apple has pulled iOS 9.3 for iPad Air (1) and below and iPhone 5s and below. All devices newer than those still can download and update iOS 9.3. I haven't seen an ETA as to when the fixed build will be posted for older devices. We shall see...

I know it's not the answer you wanted to hear, but I hope it answers your question.
