Q: ipad 2 wont activate after installing 9.3

THis did not work after resetting password.  Apple continues to fall down that slippery road to enhance valid arguments in favor of switching back to windows or maybe even android.

Unfortunately, it looks like iOS 9.3 wasn't quite ready for prime time:

From what I've learned, it looks like Apple has pulled iOS 9.3 for iPad Air (1) and below and iPhone 5s and below. All devices newer than those still can download and update iOS 9.3. I haven't seen an ETA as to when the fixed build will be posted for older devices. We shall see...
