Q: I-Pad 2 Won't Activate Post 9.3 Update

Good Evening Folks -

I've read all the posts about issues with the 9.3 update and the impact on older iPads. Well, I am yet another casualty. My phone/mac updated without issue however my IPad 2 will not activate and I'm stuck.

I've read all the posts and done as everyone recommends:

- Resetting (holding down power/home)

- Restarting

- Trying to connect to Mac and Activate

- Removing from iTunes and attempting to activate

- Removing from I Cloud and attempting to activate

- Holding down home button and connecting; attempting to get the IPad to restore and also trying to update

I'm stuck.... still cannot get past the Failure to activate

Any thoughts?

Apple just recently has offered this possible solution.

A solution for Activation Server Lock on iOS 9.3.

Thank you but this did not help/assist. I know my apple ID and password and I'm not even getting to the point where I CAN enter it. It only gives me the option to activate over WiFi.
