Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
I see that your iPhone 6s doesn't appear in iTunes on Windows 10 but you see it in Device Manager. Do you see a symbol beside the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver icon? The icon itself looks like a usb cable and the icon may look like a down arrow, exclamation mark, or question mark.
If you see one of these symbols, follow the corresponding steps in If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod.
If there is no symbol next to the icon:
You don't see symbols beside the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver
If you don't see

by the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver, check for third-party software conflicts. Then if you still need help, restart your Apple Mobile Device Service or contact Apple Support.
Best Regards. -
Mar 26, 2016 7:20 AM in response to czmacintyreby czmacintyre,Thanks, Jeremy. I wasn't very clear above. I can see the phone in Devices & Printers. In Device Manager the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver does not exist. I did try contacting Apple Support. When I tried to start a chat after sending diagnostics, no one ever came into the chat. I then set up a call, but when I called (during the times available) no one would answer the phone (received the pre-recorded message that I needed to call during the times available or something like that). Anyhow, when I plug my iPhone 6s into my laptop with a Windows 7 OS, current version of iTunes, it works fine. So the problem has to be with Windows 10 OS.
