Q: not working on windows 10 - does not fine airports or printers

I have installed ITunes, airport utility and bonjour print servers utility on windows 10. Even through the service is running, none of these tools find the Airport/Time capsules.

I have tried turning off the windows firewall.

I have uninstalled both iTunes and Bonjour print services and reinstalled them.

Any assistance what I should try next would be greatly appreciated.
