Q: They latest IOS 9.3 that was recently pulled..has locked everything..have changed all ids and passwords..locked out!!

The lastest IOS 9.3 which is now pulled..locks it all up have changed ID's and passwords..nothing

have been on hold for half an hour.

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3

If you are on with Apple, your best bet is to wait. This is a user to user support forum. This support document from Apple provides some possible solutions until they come up with something else. If you can't activate your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch after installing iOS 9.3 - Apple Support
