ios 9.3 requires icloud id and password, forgotten

upgraded to ios 9.3 , tried to sign in ,but requires icloud id and password which is not the same as my apple id.I need to find my icloud id and password

It should be your Apple ID/password.

the ipad account was set up with an apple id , then the icloud account was set up with an icloud id, after the upgrade to ios 9.3 the ipad needed to be verified with the icloud id and password. I have the id but not the password, which is what I need
