Possible Solution for iOS 9.3 update breaking iPad2

After spending an hour on online chat with a very dedicated Ashley, she walked me through restoring my iPad. They now have it set to roll back to 9.2.1 for iPad users until they figure out what the problem was. Here's a link to what she had me do:

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Be VERY patient! iTunes sat in 'Waiting for iPad' mode for at least 15 minutes. I was about to shut down everything and start from scratch. Ashley and I had disconnected knowing this was what I was going to do. I looked down and lo and behold it finally entered restore mode. I had a recent backup, so now it's restoring those items as well. Hope this helps some of you!
