Q: Please help me!

Oh my god, I'm going crazy! This morning I update my Iphone 5c tot the IOS 9.3, then when it restart it ask me for my login butit doesn't work. I read the solution from Apple about that problem BUT I never activate Icloud on my phone....I'm waiting for someone from apple for 2 hours....I think I'll start crying....

Somebody can help me please?

Yes thks but I've already try it....the problem is that I never activate Icloud so when I try to connect on Icloud that tell me : install Icloud on your device......do you know if the support is open 24h-24h?

Apple has shut down older model iOS 9.3 updating until they can get it fixed > Apple pausing iOS 9.3 updates for older devices, working on activation fix | iMore

It is my impression that, combined with the workaround article, that is all anyone, anywhere, including Apple Support call, can do

BTW, if French is your comfort zone, post in French - GoogleTranslate does a pretty good job for us
