Q: Cannot install iTunes on my Windows 8.1 64-bit

Hi.

Good day.

Seeking for your assistance on how to install iTunes on my netbook Acer r11. I downloaded iTunes from Apple.com but I cannot install it. There is an error prompt that says Installation Package could not be opened. Contact application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows installer package.
