I'm sorry to hear about your unfortunate loss of your iPhone.
You may visit this website for more information:
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support
If Find My iPhone is turned on, you can use it to find your device.
Sign in to icloud.com/find on a Mac or PC, or use the Find My iPhone app on another iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
If you use Family Sharing, any family member can help locate another member’s missing device. Just have your family member sign in to iCloud with their Apple ID, and you can find any device associated with that Family Sharing account.
If Find My iPhone isn't on, change your passwords and report the device as missing.
Also important to prevent charges on your bill of services you didn't use:
Report your lost or stolen device to your phone carrier. Your carrier can disable the account, preventing phone calls, texts, and data use.
You can do this by calling customer service of your carrier. Please turn on Lost Mode on your iPhone if you have Find My iPhone turned on before doing this, this is because you may have mobile data and that can help you locate and restrict access to your iPhone.
I hope this helps. Good luck.
