Unable to open the link from Facebook @ Safari. it goes to "l.facebook.com"

Hi guys,

Good day. Here's my 1st time to post question here, please help to solve my problem on Facebook linking problem on Safari as below.

When i click a link from my Facebook under Safari, it will open a tab which start from "l.facebook.com/" and unable to open the page with showing "Safari can't open the page ...... because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection.". But the link is actually no problem when i use Chrome or Firefox.

For example, when i click the same link from my Facebook:

Safari will fail on page: http://l.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fow.ly%2FZSOlx&h=5AQEpIftBAQGqS3lf12ur vqifJ3y8H53ls3Z0k8hEfPLXPA&enc=AZOnuMdBOiZbTdw4TalyDfj5YXmWmq6Vj-xol8AMcoVQekefU uykIS_KSYPKAtFQD8iGINMcFX_k3l8SScRlmeOYnKYZnHXBB_xW88gP3X9Z0sI42iAeZuT8nXg4gHLn4 5SeGamMeovbw7sKP6q27Ur7dB3DkT0KOpMNGnidf7j6ZXOGQza-oolxwJgnip6k5ZMIy2pUy0BJjftPv x1n-bZb&s=1

But Firefox is goes to correct URL: http://designtaxi.com/news/385318/Why-Do-We-Close-Our-Eyes-Every-Time-We-Kiss-Ou r-Partner-According-To-Science/

Gadget: MBP Retina 15" Mid 2015

System: OSX 10.11.4 (But it happened before i update to current version of OS)

Safari Version: 9.1
