Q: My phone is not working at l from the time i tried to update the new software

Mar 25, 2016 1:14 AMby modorodo,Dear yesterday at 5 pm I decided to download the new software of apple then all was fine then when the update reach near to end my phone start not to respond at all just giving 2 screen one is white with apple logo and one is black with white apple logo . At night I connect it to iTunes in my laptop I made the update there through the laptop but it's same issue it didn't work and for your information the update at the laptop was fully downloaded . So this is all what happened
