activation iphone after update IOS

Good day,

After update my iphone I have a problem with activation. I call russian support but my problem don't action. Support told me about my phone registration other icloud, but I have letter about registration this iphone on my mail.

I can send a letter that proves that I registered my phone on this icloud .

Please help me activation my phone.

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3

Lots of users report similar issue on older devices. Are you the original oner of this device?

If you are the original owner and you are sure it is correct id take your device and documents confirming the ownership to the Apple Store or contact Apple.
