Mar 25, 2016 3:14 AM in response to Kathykateby D.Cohen,Try restarting the computer and connecting your device once again.
Also, check your network connection and restart your router.
I'm not sure, but maybe your problem is somehow connected with the latest bug in iOS 9.3.

Mar 25, 2016 3:35 AM in response to D.Cohenby kellyfromnewark,I have the same issue. I downloaded the update, which kept giving me an error that said I wasn't connected to the internet, so I deleted the update. When I tried to download it again- as it still shows that I have 1 update in the settings screen, I get a screen that says your iPhone is up to date with 9.2.1. I have an iPhone 5c. Any suggestions for this?

Mar 25, 2016 3:40 AM in response to kellyfromnewarkby Elvis Boy,Similar issue here. When trying to update directly on phone, it says 9.2.1 is up to date. iTunes says the same thing, so at least they agree...:-/
No issues about internet connection here. Have tried restarting etc. iPhone 5s, OS X 10.11.3, iTunes 12.3.3.17.

Mar 25, 2016 4:12 AM in response to Kathykateby Ralf_F,Hi everyone:
have the same issue on one of our iPhones. Mac Air 11" on OS X 10.11.4 iTunes 12.3.3 and an iPhone 5
The 9.3 update did not work. The device freezes ! I did not even get to an put screen.
Had to restore the iPhone and did it via Itunes with regular restore procedure Hold on/off and Home until iTunes sign showed up etc.
the I restored to 9.2.1. got my backup, I made just before update attempt.
Everything is fine unless, system has a update Info on General info but tells me that the current version is the lastest when trying to update.
Restartet all systems, changed USB port and did the again. No success. even deactivated reactivated system in Itunes store and iCloud.
After that new attempt, same result.
No Idea no error code . At least the iphone does well on 9.2.1. However it all started with a messed up upgrade attempt.
Apple used to have better quality !
Will let you know if I find any help in easter eggs or elsewhere, support while searching is welcome though.

Mar 25, 2016 4:16 AM in response to Ralf_Fby D.Cohen,That's strange, I updated my rather old iPhone 5 without a single problem and now I see all those posts about bricked devices.
Hope the new iOS 9.3 build will fix the issues.

Mar 25, 2016 7:49 AM in response to D.Cohenby Ralf_F,APPle starts Providing new Build 9.3 13E236 formerly 233.
that at should helps.
some Reports say taking off the SIM Card helps in getting things resolved after reset, i.e. "Unbricked "
good luck
