Q: word doc save as pdf only yields first page

Macbook 13-inch 2010

2.4GHz intel core 2 Duo; 2GB 1067 MHz  DDR3

OS X 10.8.5 (12F2560)

Adobe Reader v11.0.10

I had attempted File>Page Setup>Settings> (drop down list & choose) Microsoft Word>Whole Document>OK before proceeding to

File>Print>PDF>Save as PDF>Save BUT my 2-pages document still only yield Page 1 in PDF Format.

I also tried File>Print>PDF>Open as Preview / Mail as PDF its also the same.

Would really appreciate any feedback and assistance. Thank you!
