Q: Apple ID problem

my sister bought for me iPhone 5s. She created for me Apple ID. i updated iOS and now i can't get into phone. because she i can't remember my apple ID. i have Box of my phone, i have all the documents. how can i solve this problem. She can't remember on what e-mail adress is my Apple ID
