Today I went apple authorized centre for my MacBook air adapter under replacement program ,and was shocked to hear they told me the adapter is duplicate I argued with them but they didn't heard and had to walk out of store full on disappointed . On the Adapter it is written Volex AP3D. And I Haven't purchased any adapter from outside had been using the one which I got at the time of purchasing.Please how to resolve this issue .

Each MBA stands alone in regards to the Apple support article that I posted. If both fall within the parameters posted, then the charger should be replaced for each one. That is my opinion.
If you cannot get satisfaction from the local store, your recourse is to contact Apple directly and see if you can get some assistance from them.
Here is the Apple article describing the charger replacement program. Note that only certain geographical locations are applicable. Are you in one of those?

I have purchased two macbook air one for my dad and one for me ,out of which one laptop charger got changed but the second laptop they are not changing claiming it duplicate one .I explained the authorised store admin but than too he neglected and asked me to visit the store where it was purchased.Since the Store is in other city I can't visit over there.I want how did they claim it duplicate as Volex name was written on it ? Despite a genuine buyer I was troubled by their staff .
