I had recently just updated my IPhone 5 but it won't allow my Apple ID since im not the original owner but I have no way of getting in contact with the previous owner. Please help me I really need to get into my phone

Sorry but the only way is to contact the seller and ask him to remove this iPhone from his list of devices. Otherwise, your iPhone will be a useless brick.
