Can't access aetna site or webpages

I'm using an iMac w El Capitan, and all the latest updates. Can't access any Aetna website or webpage. Get an Aetna OOPS msg. Tried using Safari, FFox, and Chrome. Aetna is the only site I can't get to. Tried re-booting, and also flushed DNS cache. Problem does not appear to be w Cox's DNS servers. Also tried resetting IpV6 to local-link only, from automatic. Latest Java release installed yesterday. Using Norton, but no applicable firewalls which would impact Aetna. Any suggestions?

iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2013), OS X El Capitan (10.11.4)

This is a Pages for OS X word processing community, and has absolutely nothing to do with web pages, web access, or related site connectivity issues.

Shall I have this post moved to either Safari, or El Capitan communities?

If you want a properly functioning OS X El Capitan, you will remove that Norton software, using their uninstall procedure, as it will definitely interact badly with the existing security and software features built into the operating system, and its related stability. This is an issue that crops up all the time on the various operating system communities.

Resetting the router didn't work. Using the current version of all browsers w all the latest updates. Still get the following msg from Aetna when I try to access their pages:

It has to be something with your provider then, There is virtually no chance both OSX and Windows machines cannot reach the same site.
