DO NOT UPDATE TO iOS 9.3 !

Most have no issues.

I nor anyone I know have any issues with 9.3.

Just because your individual device has an issue is not a condemnation of the update. You are simply having issues with your iPhone.

I'm having issues. Text is not working like it used to. I am going to reset to last IOS.

I've so far have updated my 5S, 6S and ipad mini. My parents iphone 6S plus and a ipad pro all on 9.3 and not a single one had any issue, I even update all of my parents device at the same time and was able to log back with their credentials and they were able to use their device.

Text is a carrier feature, so I assume you've contacted them and told them you can't use their feature right?

Apple has pulled the iOS 9.3 update for older devices (iPad Airs and previous, iPhone 5s and previous) due to problems with activation. See these articles for details and possible workarounds.

Since the update on March 19th 2016 my iPhone 5s won't send emails only receive and my iMac computer (with the same update )won't receive or send emails. I have tried to delete my email account and create a new one but it won't let me

I am also having trouble with my iPhone and my iMac since I updates on the 19th

That doesn't really given anyone much to go on. What problems are you having with your phone?

An update to iOS would have no effect on your Mac.
