im trying to update and install the new IOS 9.3 on my iphone 5s but every time i hit install it tells me that i need to connect to the internet, but my grandson and i are connected to the wifi, hes on an ipod so i know the internet is working so why is it not working?

No. A fix has already been released for iPad 2, so I would assume sometime in the next few days.
I Cant update my ios to 9.3 software update because , "ios 9.3 failed verification because you are no longer connected to the internet" so what is the problem here and how to fix it?
