Q: Can't get iOS 9.3 to download…
When I tried to update to iOS 9.3 I kept getting a message that it couldn't verify the update because I wasn't connected to the internet, even though I was. I had this problem with a previous version that I fixed by going into the file manager and deleting (I thought ) the old version of iOS. This time, iOS 9.3 had apparently been dowloaded (because it was in the list of files to be managed) but not installed, so I deleted it it. Now when I go into "Settings," "Software Update" shows a "1" beside it (meaning an update is availavble) but when I click on it, it tells me that my version is iOS 9.2.1 and my software is up to date. Does anybody know how I can force it to download and install 9.3? Thanks.
iPad Air, iOS 9.2.1, null
