Q: I cannot install the newest iOS update 9.3.  Error tells me I am not connected to the Internet when I clearly am.

I have this issue as well with my iPad 2.  Is anyone at Apple at home today to help us?

Yup, I have the same problem. I've tried all the tricks I know, but the " Not conn to the Internet" persists.

MIne is a 4th generation ipad

Please hold off on upgrading to 9.3
