IPod Touch 5G not restore a backup

Hello, yesterday I install ios 9.3 everything was fine this morning, I wanted to restore my ipod order to clean my data, and then it was impossible, I forced the restoration with the home button and walking / off and it worked after restoring my ipod to install ios 9.2.1 instead of ios 9.3, so I am unable to take my sauvagarde on this version, I have to try everything in order to return the ios 9.3 but I can not do, you have solutions?

Apple does not support downgrading iOS version. What exactly happen when you connect to your computer and try to update/restore to iOS 9,3?

Did you try the other actions of:

Address TCP/IP filtering, firewall, or security software

and

Restore or update from another computer

J'ai une erreur 3194, j'ai fais le fichier Host, il était correct, j'ai réini ma box internet

rien, je comprend pas, j'ai pris mon ipod et j'ai essayer de upgrade sur un autre PC et rien, ça veut seulement upgrade vers IOS 9.2.1...

You also may have a problem since Apple may have pulled 9.3 for the iPod touch

The update has been removed only for iphones and ipad, my problem is that I unable to upgrade to 9.3 (the upgrade yet I download to my pc) when I started the selection to restore it takes the worse after extracting it shows me the error 3194 ...

But users I this forum have posted that have been able to activate their 5G iPod after going to iOS 9.3 so Apple may have pulled the 5G iPod 9.3. Many articles often neglect to include the iPod touch
