Mar 27, 2016 11:05 AM in response to Agathornby Niek.K,I had *exactly* the same problem. It occurred yesterday on my 9.2.1 iOS version.
I thought an upgrade to 9.3 would fix it, but unfortunately, it did not.
What solved the issue with me is setting the date back to 25 March (Settings -> General -> Date and Time and disable automatic time, then set the date to 25 March), then open safari back again and clicking links are working again.
After that I set the date to automatic again and it still works, so it seems that this will fix the problem.
So, I hope this will work for you guys too!!

Mar 27, 2016 11:11 AM in response to CarolM21by Strategescu,I tend to agree with you. Even with 9.3 everything went OK until yesterday. So there shoud have been a silent change that spoiled everything... Hope Apple is on it and will fix it fast, whatever is it...

Mar 27, 2016 11:15 AM in response to Agathornby Lowlander,Same problem here, hitting a link causes Safari to crash. My wife's iPad 3 worked well with 9.3, so I decided to update my Iphone 6plus... This is really bad, this makes my iPhone completely useless for internet searching! Shame on you Apple! Hasn't this been tested? All Apple staff carry iPhones - hundreds of iPhones and no one had this problem? Can't believe it! Hopefully this will be solved soon.

Mar 27, 2016 11:19 AM in response to EricS182by cahjoon,Very similar symptoms seen here. Tap and hold to open in a new tab works in Chrome. Tap and hold caused Safari and other apps to freeze.
I have a iphone 6s 64gb.

Mar 27, 2016 11:23 AM in response to Niek.Kby Strategescu,It works for me, thanks a lot! But only with Java script disabled. Funny thing everything OK (so far) on my iPad 4, even after upgrade to 9.3. The issue is present only on my iPhone 6, so maybe this particular issue it's linked to 64 bits processors...

Mar 27, 2016 11:24 AM in response to Agathornby Joke,Same problem here, iPhone 6.
Disabling Javascript makes some links to work on Safari (obviously websites are now ugly), but Mail still freezes and doesn't open anything.
Guys, let's start to tweet it and give this some exposure.

Mar 27, 2016 11:30 AM in response to Jokeby Strategescu,Agree with Joke and take back my too early joy... The links work for me also only in Safari while inside Mail still not working... Also, in Safari the links work only while pressing the link, without the option to open in a separate tab...
