Cannot open my ipad. Have not been able to open it or sign in since it received a download/update. It is now disabled and have connected to my hp computer in hopes that it would recover and allow me to sign in and open it. Or do I have to eliminate all files, etc ? What should I do and how can I restore my laptop to operate properly
