I've upgraded to 10.11.4 and after restart no app start. Safari, control panel, etc. are corrupted or incompleted.
So I've restored system from time machine and upgraded again.
Also this time all app are corrupted. ðŸ˜
Ho I can do to solve this???
no one has any correct answers to this! I've been dealing with this for 3 days now!!! Give me my PC back!!! 😟

Roll back your computer using your last Time Machine backup from before the update.
