Q: Does the new iPhone SE can use the iPhone 5s accessories such as cases and battery extenders?

I currently use an iPhone 5S but I'm considering to move on to the new iPhone SE, however, as many Apple enthusiasts, I already made an investment in all sort of accesories.

 

I would like to know if I can use the cases and battery cases made for iPhone 5s with the new iPhone SE.

The specs indicate they are the same size. Whether there are any small difference in placement of ports and controls that interfere with some cases will probably not be definitely confirmed until launch.
