Same problem here with Safari and Mail. Like everyone else, I tried Chrome, Mozilla, same problem. My problem actually occurred just before I did my iOS9.3 software update. I contacted Apple online support, did a factory reset and started new, it was ok until I restored my backup onto it! No resolution provided, phone is practically useless now.

This is affecting my iPad (4th generation, WiFi only, 32Gb), but not my iPhone 5s (64Gb) nor my iPhone 4s (16Gb). All three devices have been updated to iOS 9.3. Disabling Javascript on the iPad has helped a little on some websites, but it is not a complete fix. I also just tried to restore my iPad using iTunes on my Mac, but I got an error message saying that the software wasn't available to download. Does this mean that Apple has pulled iOS 9.3 because of these problems and a restore won't be possible until they release an iOS 9.3.1?

First of the forums here are blowing up with this issue, so hopefully we get a fix soon. This is happening on my 6S Plus and iPad Mini 4. Both started having this issue today, and I've had iOS 9.3 since it was released (and Beta versions before that). This seems to be totally random. There are threads that suggest fixes but nothing has worked for me. People are even reporting this is happening on 9.2.1. So whats the issue...your guess is as good as mine. Other threads mention talking to support and they say they know about it and a fix should be coming soon. Lets hope so!

same here, done factory reset, safari works but when you install additional apps it does the same thing, lost photos and other files in the process, apples support is horrible, been with them 3 times, machine calls for support and then there is no response, considering switching to galaxy 7 edge, hopefully it will be better.
