Q: Problem with iOS 9.3 update with iPhone 5S

I updated my phone to iOS 9,3 last night (overnight) and my phone has been working perfectly for 12 hours after until very suddenly it blue screened at 11% battery and restarted. It is now plugged into my (Apple) cable and plug and it's not charging at all.
I have tried a reset and restore and nothing has helped it. it's just constantly blue screening and restarting.

Any ideas? Has this happened with anyone else's iPhone 5S's after the most recent update?

There are bugs in the iOS 9.3 for iPhone 5s and below. Apple has pulled the updates.
