Q: 9.3 OS not completing on my iPad 2 get message that device is not connected to Internet, when it is, any solution?

WWhen updating my ipad2 with OS 9.3, when I go to finish install, during verification step, message is the device is not connected to Internet, when it is connected. Anyone else have the problem? Any solutions?

Yes, exactly the same problem.  In the end I used the chat facility in Apple support and spent two hours trying to resolve.  Even after a back up and system restore, the system indicates there is an update, but when I click through it tells me I have the latest software 9.2.1.  This is the same in iTunes.  So even Apple couldn't sort it!  ITunes message is that there will be an update on April 1!  Are they joking?  April Fools Day, lol!

Same issue here on iPad Air. After download installation stops at verification due to "no connection to the internet"... No idea what to do now.

Just in case anyone else wonders; I have spoken to someone at Apple support this morning (issues with log-in now.  Resolved!).  It would appear that Apple have suspended the update for a few days while they sort out the problem.  So you all need to hang fire for a few days, then hopefully the update will go through without any problems.

Ok, same problem here, thought I was really not smart, but now 2 /3 days later, see nothing from apple, where should we look? Or just keep re=trying it? I feel its not fair to us with older apple ( ipad mini) to leave us hanging, but guess when they get our $$$ its not a big priority....

Add me to the growing numbers. Fresh download today 27th March. I have been putting this of for ages but no connection to the internet (there is). iPad Mini 2 GSM. I'll not bother on my iPhone

TThis was a reply I got back from apple support regarding this problem.

"Thank you for getting back to us. The iOS 9.3 update currently isn't available for the iPhone 5s, iPad Air, and older. We’ll be releasing a newer version in a few days for those devices."

i Believe the update is scheduled April 1

    Have you tried the following:

    1. Reset network settings, in Settings>General>Reset.

    2. Restart, hold Sleep and Home buttons until the Apple appears.

    3. Enter your WiFi parameters again.
