Mar 25, 2016 7:41 PM in response to rccharlesby galefromnewburyport,my problem is the update won't install, not that I can't restart my iPad. I tried deactivatIng my I cloud "find my iPad" then tried to install iOS 9.3 and got the "not connected to the internet " message again.

Mar 25, 2016 7:46 PM in response to Zchah3fby elcpu,Apple has pulled the iOS 9.3 update for some devices (iPad Airs and previous, iPhone 5s and previous) due to problems with Activation. See these articles for details and possible workarounds.

A new build for the iPad 2 is now available that does not require the Activation step. A new build for the other devices is not yet available.
