iPad 2 won't activate and the solution offered doesn't work for me!!

I have a problem with activating my ipad 2 and I have tried the solution from the Apple website If you can’t activate your iPad 2 (GSM model) after you update to iOS 9.3 - Apple Support


but it didn't work for me, such as:

1. When I force restart my iPad, the screen didn't show the iTunes symbol on screen (and yes I restarted it while i was connected to iTunes)

2. This is what happen when i tried to connect my iPad to iTunes. User uploaded file

3. I tried to update it using "check for updates" and of course i chose "Update"

4. Finally this was happening when i chose "Update", I have tried to uplugged and reconnect my device, restart both my macbook and my iPad and no change whatsoever..

can anyone help please? this is so frustrating..

I understand that you haven’t been able to update and activate your iPad and we know how frustrating this situation is. You did find the correct article and instructions for activating your iPad, but now are running into a different issue while trying to activate.


The steps in the next article should help you move past this alert and help you to get you iPad activated.
