Hi,
Recently I have just taken my Mac Mini and used Boot Camp to put Windows 10 on it. Now for some reason the audio jack, which I have Logitech speakers plugged into, does not show up as having anything plugged in. I have tried updating the drivers to Audio Cirrus and Reltek neither works.

I have the same issue. I did the whole driver installation process (using compatible drivers) and yet I don't see any audio devices. :/
I figured it out. All you have to do is run the driver that Bootcamp gave you for Reltek then run the full driver installer. When you run this and it gets to the Reltek audio install end it in task manager. NOT THE WHOLE INSTALLATION!! Only that part of it using show details. Hope this works for you!
I wish this was the fix. I've tried this many times and yet my audio still doesn't work. Thanks for the reply 😉
Have you tried to installing Audio Cirrus as well and then doing this? Currently my Speakers are running on Audio Cirrus.
Yeah I have, both setup files multiple times. Its still muted for some reason.
