Can I download unwatchable rental to iPad after restoring device due th failed 9.3 update?

I Upgraded my iPad2 to the 9.3 software update. IPad could not be reactivated afterwards was forced to restore the unit. I had two new, unwatchable movie rentals on my iPad before the failed software update. How do I retrieve those movie rentals now that I restored my ipad?
