Fails to verify update " not connected to Internet" when I have a strong wifi signal
If you are updating via Wifi, go to Settings > General > Storage and iCloud Usage > (1st) Manage Storage > Locate the Software Update > Delete it. Go back to Settings > General > Software Update and see if you can re-download or if it tells you that you are up to date.
