I recently subscribed to iTunes Match as I needed to get the 2,400 songs (approx 50 gig data) off my iphone but still wanted to access my music. The fee for itunes Match has come out of my bank Acc but my music is still using up the approx 50gig of phone data. Why is this Pls?

Has iTunes Match completed its scan of your iTunes library on your computer?

My iMac did indicate that the scan of my music was taking place then the process seemed to end, so I can only assume so. Is there a way of checking this Pls?

Add iCloud status column to song view. This will tell you what has been matched, uploaded, purchased, duplicate or ineligible. If you see some with 'waiting', they are not in cloud and you should go to file> library and select update icloud music library.

Thank you. I can see a cloud next to some songs but not many. Maybe theyve not got matches for all my tunes. So how do I now relieve some of the data on my phone. I clearly am concerned about deleting my music and not being able to listen to it on my phone. Pls help
