None of the links on my iphone6 is working any longer and I suspect its after the ios9.3 update which I did day or so ago. Links from within mail messages, search results in safari and links from within other apps causes the app to freeze.
Anyone knows what to do to fix this?

turning off Java helps sometime but half the internet is not working anymore after you have done this. But almost every thread here at the moment is about the same issue.
I also have the same problem with my iPhone 6. iOS 9.3 worked fine the first 2 days and then Safari crashed, i could not open links, problems with Mail, etc. Yesterday i downgraded to iOS 9.2.1 and configured my iPhone as new and the problems are still there, i disabled Java and did not work.
Yes, turning off Java helps with links inside safari browser, but when the link is in notes it freezes all the same.
But this is only the case with my iPhone 6s, on iPad mini 4 and mini 2 everything works just fine (I do not even have to turn java off at all). Hope that Apple fix this bummer REALLY SOON...
