Q: How to start Apple Watch after Update?

Apple Watch

I installed the Apple Watch software and after the install my watch was not running.

I tried pressing and holding the lower button, but that only gave me the option to Reset my Watch.

How do I restart my Watch without resetting it?

Hi Roy

You will first need to remove your watch from the charger (the Power Off slider is not available when the watch is connected to power).

Then:

- To turn your watch off: press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider; drag it to turn off.

- To turn it back on: press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
