how to brand your itunes page

I've noticed that some shows have branded show pages and others are plain -- they just have the album art.

I've searched for how to do this but I must be overlooking it.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks.

Are the pages you are seeing for 'aggregated' podcasts' - i.e. where several podcasts are referenced in one page? It may be that the custom backgrounds are only available for these (there seems to be no specific information on the subject in the Help pages). This Apple Help page says about aggregated podcasts:

How can I create a page that aggregates my podcasts?

If you have multiple podcasts listed in the iTunes Store, Apple can create a single page, called a “provider page,” to list all of your podcasts in one place.

To request a provider page, contact us. Include the following:

  • Podcast provider name (without extra information such as “Inc.,” “LLC,” and so on)
  • iTunes Store links to your podcasts (to obtain the URL, control-click the podcast title in the iTunes Store)

  • For any further information on this you will need to ask Support - use the link in the quote above.
