Locked apple ID for security reasons

Hi,

After updating iOS 9.3 on my iPhone 5, next day I wasn't able to login to my iCloud, that was infunction like always previous day... I put my password three times and automatocally after that my iCloud was locked for the "security reasons". When I try to take back my apple ID, there was a trouble with that and now, my iPhone 5 is linked with my apple ID that is not exist anymore (when I'm on icloud or itunes service)... Any help?
