Mar 26, 2016 10:16 AM in response to theratterby aleccovell,Sorry, but I have been searching the web for over 2 hours to try and get this fixed. Unfortunately, I am late to work in which I need a phone to do my job. I don't have a working phone therefore I cannot call Apple Support. I've been posting all over to try and get this fixed. I have an iPhone 6. It's gold if that helps too.
