I look through on the iTunes connect support guide, and found next:

"If you've been invited to join a development team, you do not have access to iTunes Connect by default, and will need to ask your Team Agent to set up an iTunes Connect user account on your behalf."

I've got "Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect" error, like in this topic. I'm a member of the development team, and while the team agent doesn't give me an access to the iTunes connect, I got this error all the time.
