Rcently upgraded to a 12" iPAD Pro from an iPad Air 2. iMovie is unresponsive on the new Pro. Have iMovie version 2.2.1(2347.0). iOS 9.3 On both Pro and Air 2. After opening iMovie on Pro and attempting ANYTHING by tapping takes about 3 minutes to respond. When trying to download a 12 second video from iCloud it takes about 30 minutes. Some larger movies will not download at all and closes iMovie and returns to home screen. I have removed iMovie and re-installed with no luck. On my old iPad Air 2 where iMovie fine I even removed app and re-installed. After re-installing on old iPad Air 2 and opening the movie popped up immediately and responded like it should. This appears to be iPad Pro issue. I also tried connecting Pro to iTunes and running iMovie thinking that may help but still unresponsive. Any helip would be appreciated. Thanks.
