Any cost to get iPad fixed from 9.3 update?

Does anyone know if there is a repair cost to take an iPad 2 into an Apple store for them to get it un-bricked from this latest update Apple put out?

iPad 2, iOS 9.3

Did you try this? If you can’t activate your iPad 2 (GSM model) after you update to iOS 9.3 - Apple Support

Yes, I have tried everything about six times. I had an appointment with an Apple store and they appear to be so busy than I cannot get through to them to ask them about any possible related costs to fix my iPad.
