My iPhone 5 16GB (GSM) Unlocked MD294C/A shows the option to update the phone to the new iOs 9.3 but fails again and again

Apple has temporarily removed the iOS 9.3 update for older devices to deal with some issues it was creating. Best to wait a few days for them to rectify the issues.
