Apple ID has been locked

In 2013 I bought a device Iphone5 from its parent company Khoury Home.
I go to phone cell shop to put apple Id to my iphone so he put it. and in the wrong way i sign it in icloud still now i use device in good way, So before yesterday i make update for new version so my iphone locked i put the Apple id and pasword, but here i received the shock.
This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons.and i don't know the email and security quations and my phone locked what i can do.
